I love balloon skirts! They're so light and playful! This one is particularly cute because it has a polka-dotted bow at the waist. It gets points from me by being a balloon skirt, more points for being polka-dotted, and of course even more points for having a bow. It's not everyday where you see all your favorite elements roll into one!
