Printed Chiffon Dress from Anna Sui

Cute white frills on this black and cream printed chiffon dress. I love how it crosses at the back with a bow to bring it all together.  I really love the print on it too. Check out the site for a close up of it, it's really beautiful. Meg thinks this dress looks a bit like an apron, but I like it anyway so I've punched it.
