Long time no see, everyone!
Things that happened lately:
1) I've been busy with studying for exams
2) After, I went on a trip to London
3) I'm back, and school has started again
Also, I've been trying to make some changes to punchtree here, after I'm finished I'll be sure to show you all. But for now, I want to show you my new creations at my etsy.
This here is one of the new necklaces I've made. I managed to find these super cute charms, these eggs with wings on them, and I put together a few beads to put inside. I'm in love with this necklace, I even made one for myself to wear!

Rosie Rose Petals Pearls Hoop Earrings from fancypop
I designed these last night, and they are my new favorite pair of earrings that I've made! Perfect for spring and summer! On a trip to Japan I was immediately drawn to these dried rose petals encased in resin. I'm glad I purchased them and I think I did them justice!

Cats and Stars Earring Studs Set from fancypop
Inspired by Tsumori Chisato, I made this set of earrings! A set of pearl shell cats, 14k gold-plated stars, and black hematite stars studs. You can mix and match them anyway you like when you put them on. I wear them everyday now, they are so adorable!

Silver Glass Baubles and Pearls Dangles from fancypop
I love this pair of earrings! They look really nice when you wear a simple dress and put your hair up. A mix of purple tones and some blue, silver and topaz beads: glass baubles, swarovski pearls and czech fire-polished beads for the elegant look. Earwires, chains, and all the findings are sterling silver too!

Elegant Futuristic Necklace from Fancypop
I always suck at descriptions but, I always thought this necklace looked a bit futuristic.. or.. very space-like, something similar to stars in the galaxy maybe. I made this necklace with a beautiful silvery white-toned filigree I bought in Japan, and decorated it with swarovski crystals, swarovski pearls, czech glass beads among some other little seed beads. I really like how it turned out!

Love and Music Earrings from Fancypop
When I showed these to Meg she said the best thing ever:
"Don't these earrings just make your heart treble?"
My intentions exactly. Made with shiny swarovski heart crystals, music treble clef charms, and behind the heart are actually swarovski crystal bicones and metallic seed beads. Very cute, if I do say so myself.

Japanese Porcelain Bead Dangles from Fancypop
I've been trying to make more simple earrings lately. Intricate stuff are nice, yes, but I've been trying to diversify I suppose. I don't want to be a one trick pony! More stuff doesn't necessarily mean it looks better.
I'm quite pleased with how this pair turned out. I've had these Japanese floral porcelain beads forever and finally I got to use them. I chose some pretty colors from my swarovski pearl collection and voila! Big fan of using my gold-filled findings too, the colors go perfectly with the gold detail on the porcelain bead!

Jewelled Mirror Charm Necklace from Fancypop
I had so much fun making this charm! I bought the mirror charm from Japan, and decided to glue a whole bunch of beautiful beads onto it! Pearls, seed beads, glass drop beads, and even swarovski crystals! I am very happy with the outcome! I added an extra swarovski pearl on the necklace to finish it off.
I think I'm going to make another one and give it to Meg too, because I love her so. Aww...friendship.

Pink and Gold Shiny Dangles from Fancypop
I had such a hard time taking a picture of these because they were so shiny! I really like them though. They look better in person (and I'm not just saying that, they really do). I took more pictures of them at my Etsy.
Anyway, I really like these. Originally I had planned to put more beads on them, but as I was making it, I already liked it when I got it up to this point, and I thought it was fine the way it is. So voila.
I can't stress how shiny they are.

Elegant Evening Leaf Necklace from Fancypop
The school semester is coming to an end, and that means essays due and finals to write. Suddenly I find myself really busy, but still I want to keep creating a few new items a week.
I usually work with antique silver or gold materials, very rarely silver but I want to be a bit more diverse. I think it worked out quite well. The beads on this necklace is super shiny and sparkly. You might even become mesmerized by it if you stare at it too long. I keep holding it in the light and going "ooooooh...." I should really be studying instead of doing that haha.
ps. Happy Thanksgiving to you in the States. Happy Thanksgiving to Megan. I am from Canada so my Thanksgiving already passed!

Whimsical Fairytale Earrings from Fancypop
I made this pair last night, and already it's become one of my favorites! I like the combination of strong, bright colors, like something out of a storybook. I used Czech glass round, leaf, and flower beads, and also some semiprecious stones.
Lately it's been so hard to take a good picture because it's always gloomy (which means no natural light!!)
Anyway, heehee, I love these a lot.

Sakura Earrings from Fancypop
Made with a mixture of beads, including vintage cherry blossom and blue glass beads, pink semiprecious stone beads, swarovski crystals, and white seed beads weaved in with the swarovski crystals to make the dainty little flowers.
I'm really proud of this pair of earrings, reminds me of spring days, far away from the gloomy weather I have with me here now.
